This price will remain fixed for a period of 60 days from date of tender.
All work will be subject where applicable to remeasurement.
Our price assumes that full continuity of works installation will be afforded to all our services. Any delays outwith our control will be recorded together with a claim for any resultant loss in production.
Payment will be made within 28 days of submission of our claim. If the works continue over 4 weeks, we will issue an interim valuation. Interest will be charged on late payments at the bank base rate plus 8%.
Our offer assumes suitable and unobstructed access to all parts of the work for our labour and plant.
It is assumed that all necessary warrants, planning approvals, way leaves etc will have been previously obtained by others.
We would estimate these works taking approximately (T.B.A) working weeks to complete based on clear and unobstructed access to all works. The timescale are indicative subject to mutual agreement.
Any maintenance periods and retention’s subject to mutual agreement.
Unless clearly stated otherwise this offer is subject to our Contract conditions. Copy available on request.
VAT will be charged at the current rate for the works.
Dayworks where appropriate will be carried out at rates as detailed in the current schedule issued by the Scottish Electrical Contractors Association/Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association/SNIPEF.
Unless specifically stated otherwise our price excludes any VAT or Main Contract Discount at applicable rates.
This quotation is compiled and submitted on the assumption that there has been a full and accredited asbestos survey carried out on these premises. And that prior to commencement of works the relevant Asbestos Report will be made available. On commencement of works any area or material suspected to have asbestos content will be reported directly for further analysis by others, any associated stand-by or abortive times or removal may be subject to a cost variation.
